Multiple OS in VPS Web Hosting
Our virtual private server packages feature three Linux distributions which you can select from for the Operating System of your new hosting server - Debian, Ubuntu and CentOS. In addition to being 100 % free, the OSs are really stable and risk-free and the reason to offer you all three of them is to make sure that you can run every application that you'd like, because different pieces of software have different requirements in terms of the environment they can be used on. Each one of the three OSs is supported by a vast community of developers who have created many hundreds of software packages that you can install and use on your VPS. Based on the Operating System that you select, you will also be able to select between three different Control Panels to handle your website hosting content. Of course, if you decide that you need a different OS, we can always re-install the server with it. As an additional upgrade, we also offer you weekly updates of the OS for maximum stability and security.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Servers Hosting
We offer three Operating Systems with our dedicated server solutions - CentOS, Ubuntu and Debian. They are all different Linux distributions and we offer them not only because they are completely free so they will not increase the low price of your new web hosting server, but also because they are very secure and stable. Each one of them is supported by a huge community of developers, so you'll be able to choose from thousands of software packages that you could install on your server in case the app that you would like to employ has certain requirements. The Operating System will also determine what web hosting Control Panel you can use because the Control Panels that we offer are compatible with specific OSs only and since we want to provide you with as much flexibility as possible, we offer multiple OSs and multiple Control Panels. In case you choose a server with a certain Operating System, we will change it upon request in the event that it turns out that you'll need another one. We could also keep your OS updated weekly as a part of the useful Managed Services upgrade.
